About:

Matthew has been taking photographs since a very young age, starting with a paper ‘pin-hole’ camera and a darkroom in the bathroom.
Over the years he has built up a vast amount of knowledge, and using experience gained in the military, hospitality industry, extensive travel, as a musician etc, prides himself on having a rare understanding of the places, the rhythm and people he photographs. This comes across in his quiet, unobtrusive method and professional style of photography.

Simplicity:

One of the greatest mistakes when people think of photography is that it needs to be complicated. My goal, whether I'm taking shots of a band in a dark, dark bar, or running behind a bridesmaid late for a toast, or making sure I capture the essence of an event or product, is to keep it simple. You tell me what you want, and I'll take the stress of making sure it happens!
Whatever you're after, the first stage is a one on one (or more!) consultation, so that you are fully satisfied and confident before any photos are taken.
